Shipping policy

Every piece is packed and posted from the UK. Orders are dispatched within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Everything is sent on a tracked service, and parcels leaving the UK require a signature on delivery. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please check your address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been posted.

United Kingdom

Postage. Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.95 on orders up to £250. Aims to arrive within two to three working days, fully tracked, with cover up to £150. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm at £9.95, available at any order value: next working day by 1pm, signature on delivery, fully tracked and insured. Orders over £250 are sent free, tracked.

Customs. None. Nothing to pay on delivery.

United States

Postage. International Tracked and Signed at £10.00 on orders up to £99.99, and £20.00 on orders of £100 and over. Tracked with signature on delivery. Delivery typically takes seven to fourteen working days.

Customs. Import duty is calculated and charged at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. Your parcel is sent delivered duty paid and nothing further is owed on arrival.

If a carrier contacts you asking for additional charges, please do not pay them. Email sam@sundowntradingpost.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

European Union

Postage. International Tracked and Signed at £10.00 on orders up to £99.99, and £15.00 on orders of £100 and over. Tracked with signature on delivery. Delivery typically takes five to seven working days, though customs can add to this.

Customs. Import charges are not included at checkout and are payable to the carrier on delivery. Your own country's import VAT is charged on the value of the order, customs duty may apply on top, and your carrier will usually add a handling fee for collecting it. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us.

Rest of world

Customs. Import duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are payable to the carrier on delivery. Thresholds and rates vary by country and we cannot advise on them in advance.

If a parcel is refused and returned to us because these charges were not paid, we will refund the price of the goods less our outbound postage and any costs incurred in its return.
